The Beauty 101 class will introduce you to professional techniques applicable to daily life - helping you to learn essential techniques perfect for your needs, features and structure.

We know everyone is different… Everyone has different challenges, different likes/dislikes and different priorities. In this class we work to pinpoint exactly what you’re struggling with and how to utilize different makeup techniques to overcome the struggle.

Emily will discuss your specific point of frustration, share professional pointed techniques to achieve your desired look, and which products help to achieve this desired effect. After the lecture portion of class, via digital streaming service Emily will demo the techniques discussed on half of her face… and you’ll recreate the technique on your face ensuring you get hands on experience under Emily’s watchful eye to guarantee retention and comprehension.

So why and how is Emily qualified for this?!!…. Good question I say! Emily attended one of the preeminent makeup academies of Europe, the Make Up For Ever Academy in Paris. Having returned to NYC after a year in training she was asked to be a founding educator in the first Make Up For Ever Academy in the Americas - the New York City flagship Academy. Emily spent three years teaching in the advanced program covering all topics ranging from bridal beauty, fashion makeup, film & TV looks, SFX to creative body painting.
